Pricing Coordinator
Thomas, Large & Singer Inc. (TLS) is currently Pricing Coordinator for a 14-month contract role. The hours for this position are 9 am to 5 pm and will be located in our head office in Markham. The selected candidate will be responsible for entering order information, creating new vendors, and
assisting the team with checking all pricing related items before orders are related to our warehouse
facility. This position requires someone who is passionate about their work, able to multi-task and is a
self-starter.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain databases regarding customers, items, and pricing with the utmost integrity and accuracy
- Communicate pricing discrepancies to appropriate teams and follow up on resolution
- Create new vendors, review item set ups and check all pricing related items before releasing orders to our warehouse
- Provide technical support and guidance, problem resolution and maintenance for e-Business Services
- Conduct various administrative and clerical duties
eCommerce Account Manager
Thomas, Large & Singer Inc. is a leading provider of comprehensive value chain solutions to leading consumer packaged goods brands in the Canadian market as well as sales services to private label and branded manufacturers.
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic eCommerce Key Account Manager to join our Amazon Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our national Amazon account, driving promotional and commercial strategy, and executing a robust growth plan. Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, you will serve as the primary liaison to Amazon Vendor Services and collaborate across internal and external teams to deliver best-in-class performance, revenue growth, and market share expansion. This role requires deep expertise in eCommerce, strong analytical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration across performance marketing, data analytics, finance, content, operations, and supply chain. This role will be based out of our Markham office.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key account, including identifying growth opportunities, setting account objectives, and establishing sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the retailers’ organizations across all levels of management, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Proactively address customer needs, resolve issues through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, customer service and supply chain to ensure effective delivery of solutions and seamless customer experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, leveraging your understanding of their business and industry trends.
- Negotiate contract renewals, manage trade spend efficiently, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including sales activities, pipeline management, within our Exceedra systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Plan annual promotional activities, while continuously looking to maximize ROI.
Trade Deduction Analyst
Thomas, Large & Singer Inc. (TLS) is currently seeking an energetic Trade Deduction Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, the Trade Deduction Analyst is responsible for delivering quality customer service to the TLS customer base by analyzing and processing customer deductions and managing communications regarding all trade deductions for their client to the appropriate broker, client and customers. This position will be based out of our head office in Markham – Ontario.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze and process customer deductions, including post audits, for tier one accounts. This includes validation with complete documentation by using Excel and trade management software to substantiate findings.
• Manage outstanding open deductions to ensure deductions are cleared with cash flow in consideration and within company’s objective.
• Engage customers, brokers and supervisor as required to resolve complex issues.
• Communicate with brokers, clients, and customers on outstanding unauthorized deductions. This includes understanding the process for requesting and collecting repayment of invalid deductions, identifying trends, and resolving issues that cause invalid deductions.
• Identify and drive process improvement for reducing administrative costs by streamlining processes and reducing deduction volume.
